GPS 2 Project: Planet Civilisation

Work Duration: 11-12 weeks

Team Size: 8 person

Game Type: 4x Strategy

We were given the entire semester to work on this project together. My role in the team was to be the Team Lead, Tech Lead, and Project Manager. My primary responsibility is to ensure the game is functional and playable by stringing together everyone's work into the project.

Noteable Efforts

Merging

My main responsibility as the Tech Lead is to merge 5 programmers' systems together into a functional, working game.

Project Managing

My second responsibility is to coordinate 7 group members (1 design, 2 artist, 4 programmers) and give them tasks and deadlines in order to develop a proper working game for 3 different milestones (POC, VS, BETA)
